This morning, my company was invited to be on the opening ceremony of the Spice Garden Cooking School. I grab the chance to visit this place free =] (Still no camera =/ )
The special & free guided tour is actually only for the press & bloggers( Not Me), but since I arrived early, they asked me to join too, and i never regretted waking up early to reach there early =]
Let's go have a walk in the Spice Garden shall we??

Penang Tree!!!!! Do you know? The Penang Tree's fruit(Beatle Fruit, I think...)can make you high if you chew it  D:

Laksa's Must Have...Here is some free info, Laksa contains this due to its antiseptics. To cleanses the toxic of the prawn paste & fishes in Laksa

On the plate of four, the pie of 6-9 o'clock, is the nutmeg seed. Penang is also famous in producing high quality nutmegs, the nutmeg seed could have a person hallucinate just by sniffing the seed (If hard enough). Nutmeg seed is even prohibited in some countries such as: Arab, Australia, U.S.A etc. Nutmeg seed's oil  is famous in culinary because it has the ability to change the taste and fragrance of the food according to given temperature.

Black Pepper, has high toxin killing ability. Could be used to preserve meats, or to kill harmful bacteria on meats. Mix powered fresh & dried black pepper with water and consume it, it could cure food poisoning and cleanse your stomach =]

Cinnamon. Place it anywhere in your house, the smell can chase pests & bugs away.

A Sleeping Bat!!!! D:

Cloves. If pluck the bud out of the cloves and squeeze it, it has more better fragrance than you smell the whole thing. The bud is also high antiseptic, powdered clove bud could be used to apply on wounds, it can kill bacteria on the wound, enabling you wounds to heal faster.

My Phone went berserk and cant control its EV anymore, and the pictures were like...woooo....

Ok, phone get back to normal d~~
The Pepper tree, it leaves are also high antiseptic

The Lily Pond(With only one lily xD) Lilies could know the time without a watch, they open up in the morning and close up back when it is noon, even without the present of the sun!! Other than the lily...you saw anything else there?? Test Your eyes...

Signing the memorandum board

Signing autograph for somebody....

Yeah, That's mine ^^ He draws really good xD

Wondered what happened to the Nasi Ulam Chef Wan made just now? Is in my stomach now!! xD
I din't force them to let me eat lah, everybody pun get to taste la hehe.. And it is...DAMN GOOD!! I dun really like Nasi Ulam cause it gave me quite bad experience eating it...I once ate a Nasi Ulam, I could feel the Ulam in my mouth..the cook must be lazy to slice it thin enough..it was torture to eat it cause the smell of Ulam is also "over" d...But this one..this one is prefect, you will totally feel the taste of spice and ingredient in it which is just enough to make you shout out:"Ho jiak!!" and you feel the be annoyed by the ulam or onion in the rice even though you could visually see it, but you cant really feel it when it is in your mouth... His cooking skill is just as what I heard...He ain't a fake food ambassador. Seriously.

There is still a few more light food around, but I Pai Seh to take photo on all ma...so many people around lah xP. Some of them are... Bee Hon, Kuih Burger, Turkish meat ball (Looks Like CuCur One), and a few more which i dunno the name. These foods are made from the cooks that would be teaching in the new cooking school. It is all simple dish but I tell you, it is just so so so delicious!! The bee hon is WOW!!! Never had such nice Bee Hon ever!! Duno where to find d, this is like my once in a life time chance to eat simple and very nice food. These are really foods from someone who really knows how to cook.

That's why spice are so valuable, that the Europeans would sail all the way here to import back to their home, its uses are just too much and useful!! We Malaysia is truly bless with natural source.. "Lucky us~ xD
Lucky me, went off with satisfied taste buds, and very good knowledge. Everybody should go for the guided tour, you will learn a lot and it is really worth =]

Mr.E signing out, with a warning from the Spice Garden:
Please use spice if you really know how to use it, it could be helpful but on the same time, harmful...
