The real deal behind 'Sales Target" is 'MONEY". "Sales Target" is there so the company can make more strategic money, the workers work so hard to hit the target to get more "Commission". The power of money. But then, it makes work become fun either, at least there is a target, not go to work just to wait time to pass-by.
